Returns
30 Day Return policy

To be eligible for a return, our item(s):

• Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Must not be missing any parts
• Must not be damaged for reasons not due to our error or the shipper's error
• Can be manufacturer defective
• Must be in the original packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Any item that is an intimate or sanitary good
• Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

We will also send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then we will attempt to process your refund within one week, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

For purchases paid for with a check, we will mail you a check for the amount of the refund that is sent to the account address on record for the purchase made.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:

• Contact your credit card company if used to pay for your purchase. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact the organization used to pay for your purchase if not a credit card. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank if the refund was to be credited to your account such as through a check from us. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged except when noted.

Exceptions for sale item(s) refund or exchanges:

• Item(s) damaged due to our error or due to shipper's error.
• Item(s) manufacturer defective where the defect had not been noted before purchase

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are manufacturer defective or not damaged by the purchaser.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you at the account address of record for the purchase.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
