* Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are experiencing delays with orders and refunds. Screen-Print and Embroidery jobs are at 10-15 business days.
30 Day Return Policy on non custom printed orders. Items must not be worn or washed.
For Embroidery, Screen-Print, and Promotional Product orders

We offer a money-back guarantee on garments that do not meet our quality standards.

We will credit your account when any one of the following occurs:

  • Low quality print: the print washes away after a few cycles in the washing machine.
  • Printing error: the design printed is materially different from the order and artwork specifications provided to us.
  • Incorrect print specifications: the size or placement of the print is more than 1.0″ off from the provided measurements.
  • Missing garments: one or more garments are missing from the order.

We reserve the right to request custom garments be returned to issue refunds.

Once custom embroidery, screen print and promotional product orders have been placed they can not be cancelled.
Blank Clothing (this means you did not add a design or logo to customize it.)
Items must be unused with all garment tags. If item(s) is returned within 45 days of purchase a full credit, exchange or merchandise credit can be requested.

How to Return an Item:
    1. E-mail us at customerservice@clothingwarehouse.com. In your e-mail, please give us a brief description of why you are returning the items. Examples might be: too expensive, ugly, did not fit, changed my mind, etc. Please give us an honest reason for the return. This information is used to better serve you in the future. Also, be sure to include your order number and contact information.

  1. Return your purchase; postage paid,unused and with the original packing materials and garment tags. If for some reason you can not e-mail us, please include a written reason for the return on the original invoice or on a separate piece of paper.
